😠 This place is WAAAAY over rated. First, the Google search indicated it was open until 11pm. It was a seat yourself night. We arrived at 915pm and was told we only have 45 mins until they closed. There is a QR code at the table but is "locked" until you could get someone's attention to come "unlock"...

😠 Honestly, it's an embarrassing lounge. I've been in several lounges and this one is not good at all. Unlimited soda (no ice, ice machine broken), unlimited coffee and tea. That's it. NOTHING to eat or snack on. No alcoholic beverages. No restroom. Hawaiian should be embarrassed to call this a...

😠 Seems like ripping people off is becoming a habit for club rose... I'm going to need copies of all the receipts from both my bank cards by request of both of my banks... ps I used to be a heavy drinker so I wasn't so wasted I don't remember signing only two receipts compared to the multiple charges...
