😠 They'll seem nice until they flip it on you in very unprofessional ways. They make enough money to say "screw the customer, we're right and they're wrong". If they dislike you for any reason no matter how small be assured they will absolutely go out of their way to cancel you.

👍👍 Love ,love ,love, working out were equipment is set up and ready for you to complete your exercises, that are designed by experienced trainers that take the time to explain exercises. The first trainers can also modify my workout around my injury’s. So no excuses to not show up.

👍 The place needs a renovation along with the rest of the hotel. Particularly the lockers in the locker room. Mine broke, and maintenance had to come in and break it open with a crowbar. Kalamazoo Athletic club front desk guy was polite and friendly, as was the maintenance in handling of the situation...
