👍 I saw Brad's recent review and just wanted to weigh in my experience. Yes, the individuals there during the open jump were young. However, during my visit they were very attentive. It was only me, my 2 year old son and another mother and her 2 or 3 year old son, yet there was 1 and even 2 attendants...

👍👍 We just had a birthday party there for my 5 year old and her classmates. The kids had so much fun and were entertained the entire time. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and great with the kids. They went above and beyond to make this party fun and easy!
