😠 I love Dr. Stevens, but the staff are terrible, as in not helpful or empathetic. If I wanted this level of apathy for patient care, I'd probably just go to the VA or the ER in Greeneville. I felt unheard, cast aside and unworthy to be treated going there.

😠 DO NOT GO HERE!! The front desk lies about appointments and they bill you for services without telling you. I had my yearly physical and specifically asked my insurance and the office of this was covered 100%. I was assured it was. 30 days after my appointment I get a bill. I call the insurance and...
