😠 Apparently if there is a paper bag on the bingo tables it’s being saved for people who have not arrived yet. This is what we were told very rudely by a women that later was handing out bingo cards so apparently she works the bingo session and saves chairs for her friends.

😠 The staff is extremely poorly trained in customer service. When handling any issues they turn the tables on to the client instead of being a helpful ear to solve issues they are very dismissive. The child care is a joke. As a mother I do not feel safe living my child there. No one takes the program...
