😠 Don’t move here unless you want the following points… After living for one year in the Avalon I might be qualified to give a bigger feedback. The first impression of the Avalon is nice but that’s it. All in all I am more than disappointed by the Avalon in Huntington. These are the reasons why 1....

👍 New maintenance order on our blocked sink in bathroom is placed on the app. But the maintenance request is closed and no one came. This time I am mad for real. I have received so many emails from Avalon to place all maintenance requests through app. But when you actually place one, it stops working....

😠 Horrible place to live. Fairfield took over and is trying to make the outside of the buildings look good. Truth is... the walls are thin. So thin that I can hear full conversations from my neighbors on both sides and upstairs. There are a lot of drugs in this complex along with a stray cat problem....
