👍👍 I absolutely love this place!! So happy they opened here in Lake Mary! Such a different experience working out inside an infrared sauna. It's amazing I am able to burn so many more calories because of the sauna . It's very relaxing as well and I feel so relaxed and in such a good mood when I finish....

👍👍 The space location and classes offered at 1 raw yoga are absolutely amazing the teachers and owner are truly gifted and passionate about yoga. I went everyday while visiting and highly recommended I can't wait to come back!
