👍👍 I came with my family for a scheduled passport service. there was a bit of wait, but once we got in, the service was excellent. Ms. Vanessa Jackson was outstanding: a true professional with a wonderful attitude and a great smile. Thank you Ms. Jackson.

😠 Don’t think this review will provoke any changes there but this is the worst post office in Montgomery County. The lines are always long, majority of staff are in a bad mood, and if you’re there to pick up your mail at the blue door, it will take, at a minimum, one hour. We’ve had to do this on mult...
