😠 This morning not one station was working on the phone in customer service they told me that 4 stations were working, but in fact only one was working.

😠 I have a car with a chademo plug, the outside two chargers are unable to initiate charging, the assistance number on the screen directs you to the incorrect company. The inner two chargers have a Tesla adapter permanently attached to the chademo plug, rendering those chargers useless for my car.

😠 Updated review: looks like the equipment at this location has trouble keeping up with increasing demand. One of the three chargers is down, the other maxes out at 30 kW and the third one is not much better. What should be a quick stop takes forever. Avoid.

😐 Enter the parking garage on century park WEST, stay on parking level 1. The chargers are in the little loop of parking right in front of the gelsons market. Charging speeds were good, but the location of these chargers is really hard to find and in a very congested spot.

😠 Beware this Tesla Supercharging station is in a very busy strip mall where they posted signs that the parking can be General Parking or Tesla charging stations. What in the actual fuuuudge?!? made the mistake of going here during prime time on Saturday when people could just park even if they’re not...
