👍👍 Pretty decent grass if I ever seen it. Saw a guy running in jean shorts. Dogs were nice to see, but two small kids weren’t on leashes which was kind of annoying. Would sit on this patch again.

👍👍 very nice and we'll kept golf course! riding a bicycle along the balboa lake is a nice relaxing way to end the afternoon as well, but be careful alot of swerving will be required cause there's alot of foot traffic. best to go on weekdays, cause weekends can get extra crowded. if parking gets super f...
