😠 Stopped by today to see one of their 2 bedroom floor plans - when we got there, we were told that rent would be $825 a month and that the required yearly income for this floor plan/rent amount would be $37,000. They also do not take combined income for multiple bedroom units. Seems like information...

😠 They delete their bad reviews. I lived here a year and it was the worst experience of my life. They do not care about anything at all, things will break down, my kitchen flooded twice and damaged my property and they took my entire deposit because I told them I was moving 30 days in advance instead...
