😠 Whatever they tell you the capacity of this place is, cut it in half. They'll have your guests sitting in the fireplace. Decent enough venue but very small. Not really suitable for a wedding imo, theres no good way for guests to get food or gather for a dance. Also...this used to be someones house.....
