😠 Not seen due to the incompetent staff member who I asked to verify if they are in network with our plan 2 weeks prior to even making an appointment. The staff member told yes they take our plan, to find out they in fact do not! She had one job. SMH! No wonder the reviews are so low.

😠 Whoever is at the first desk and answers the phones is straight up RUDE! I’ve been to this clinic for 2 different things & it took weeks for me to receive my medications that were very important! Not the first time of me calling it’s been multiple occasions that staff that answers phone were rude!
