😠 Lakeshore at Maxey Park is by far the worst apartment complex in Lubbock, Texas. We have one maintenance man that tries to do all that he can to get things fixed. I cannot even walk into the office because no one was there. I looked in through the windows and there is spiderwebs and dust everywhere....
