👍👍 The BEST workout and gym experience! I love F45 Middletown for the amazing staff, location, and engaging classes. There are many classes everyday (7 days a week!) which accommodate my schedule. I love the variety and have never been fitter with their approach to weight training and fitness.

😐 Gym has seen better days and is in need of an update. Would be nice to see a few new machines rotated in every couple of years. Also, staff could take better care to rerack weights and inflate exercise balls a couple times during the day. Not as nice as other Retro Fitness locations in the area.
