😠 A bit lost as I entered. There are two reception areas. One directed me towards the other, guy who took my paper just asked me to sit. The smaller reception had two people, just chatting, laughing and making the hospital atmosphere feel so unprofessional.

😠 Was admitted into Heart Hospital so assumed I would see a cardiologist, didn't happen until I was being released. Ask for them to call my cardiologist,said I would see Dr on call. I found it ironic that a Heart Hospital had no heart specialist.
