😠 Waste of time. Couldn't get an upfront answer to a simple question. I called before hand and was told to come in person and take paperwork. 😠 Customer service is horrible. Nobody needs the attitude from a clinic worker, especially if you are feeling under the weather. I called in May,but couldnt get an appointment until July. By that time i would have cured myself or died.
