👍👍 Currently my favorite gym around! Has all the equipment you need and the hours are perfect because it’s 24 hours! I would 100 percent recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their lifts and upgrade.

👍👍 My review is specifically for the daycare here, which is absolutely top notch. The staff are so nice and helpful. And being located in a Y there are amazing facilities available like playing in a squash court when it's raining outside. It's great!

👍👍 Great owner/coaches, excellent and very welcoming community, and a very well equipped box. If you are in this area and want to try CrossFit, this is definitely the place. I dropped-in for a workout and I’m very happy with my experience. Now I know where I will do my workouts when I’m in this region.
