😠 Disappointing ! Phoned for appointment, given one in 2.5 weeks. Day before scheduled appointment, they phoned to say "Dr. will not in tomorrow must re-schedule, next available appointment will be in three weeks" It is not reasonable to wait over five weeks for an appointment.

😠 Dr. Scott is great, their staff is not so great. Paying a bill there is like pulling teeth. They never answer their phones, and when it comes to returning a voicemail it's on their terms... sometimes weeks later. Long story short, they really don't care about Customer Service..
