👍👍 I’m not from this area but I went Undaunted Fitness for a week and it was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the trainers made me feel like I was part of the family even though I was only there for a week. I wish I had a place like this where I live.

👍👍 I have never been one to like group workout classes, but City Surf has changed that for me! Provides a great but also fun workout. These classes put every muscle to work (some you didn’t even know you had)! Great workout, upbeat/fun classes, highly recommend!!
