😠 African American lady working there at 4 PM today completely ignoring customers. She eventually serviced a few of us while on a personal phone call with her son, teaching him "how to use the air frier." Felt rushed, ignored, and unappreciated. Absolutely rude staff.

👍👍 Just by reading some of the reviews you can tell that some people either have no common sense or love to be devilish. I’ve been going to this location for YEARS! Never have I ever encountered a problem, some employees are not the most welcoming but they’re profesional and do their job as they should...

😠 I have lived in the Miami Gardens area all my life over 40 years and this post office has been just that terrible that long. I don’t know why they just won’t shut it down. How can you be horrible with customer service for over 40 years? Where is the accountability?
