In the photos, it looks like the ocean is not far, but in reality it's like a football field and a half to the water. Again, not a hug...

😐 Very well kept it is that way because of RULES...lots of rules! Clannish with no shortage of cliques. However unfriendly, the place is extremely clean, safe and quiet. A typical Florida condominium community, I suppose.
