👍👍 This is a great park. We visit when we are in the area. There's a nice Gazebo to sit in and have a picnic or enjoy the shade. The park is in full sun, so plan accordingly. The ground is sandy, which is nice on the feet. The play equipment was mature enough for my 9 and 12 year olds.

👍👍 Nice little "beach" with a park and great views of Mackinac Island and the Wawatam Lighthouse. Took our dog for a leashed paddle in the Lake - wasn't very crowded either of the times we were there. Cute little pitstop before you head further downtown St.Ignace.

👍👍 Always clean, quiet and peaceful, we've stopped here many times on our way from Cheboygan to Mackinaw. Restrooms are large, clean portolets so that's not ideal but at least there's hand sanitizer
