🫤 As far a fitness experience goes it is a good place to workout and relax. But the team members really need to keep a better eye on the younger members causing scenes fairly regularly. 😠 Customer service is terrible. I’ve never been so disappointed in something in my life. classes are fantastic and the instructors are great, but management is awful and horribly insensitive to their members. I’d recommend going elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

😠 I have been to many lifetimes, and this one has one of the most unwelcoming front desk people. They didn't say Hi, not even a smile, you are representing one of the TOP gyms out there in my opinion, make people feel welcome. Just observation from being on the bike for 30 min and not one HELLO I saw.
