👍👍 We started our journey with Reanna who was so patient and understanding with my 91 year old Dad. Yesterday we went for a follow up with MacKenzie (congrats Reanna!) and were treated just as well. It's comforting to know they will take the time to listen to him and answer any questions we have.

😠 Called for an emergency very heavy nose bleed that would not stop. receptionist was indifferent and said they were no appointments till mid march.
