😠 She charged me $20 for a half inch trim of my split ends. I was in the chair for less than a minute. 3 snips and she said I was done. Didn’t brush my hair out, didn’t measure my length to get the tips even, nothing. The trim cost more than the price of a shampoo or haircut. Made no sense. Great clip...
