😠 Terrible customer service. One of the receptionists was VERY RUDE to me. First time I’ve ever experienced rudeness on Nantucket from a business. Disappointing :( If you’re not a ‘who’s who’ at this place, you’ll be treated poorly.

👍👍 I had the best massage of my life by Joseline. She did not speak much English but was still very easy to communicate with. The salon is small but clean and has great service. Will definitely be back.

👍👍 This place exceeds expectations in service. I couldn’t get in with my favorite hair colorist of 12 yrs and I was a little skeptical. Kate is great, my color came out perfectly! Very happy with my cut too.
