👍 This is a gem right in the middle of Murfreesboro. I wish I had found this years ago. The wildlife is varied and usually easy to see. Beavers, otters, herons, turtles, frogs, raccoons, waterfowl and other birds depending on season. Take my advice and go at sunrise, you won't regret it.

👍 A big enough Brentwood park suitable for morning or evening walks .It has free parking and a playground for kids .it does have a washroom and few seating at corners to hang around.if you happen to work on Mallory lane this would be the closest to come over for walks or taking kids too.
