👍👍 Great hike with beautiful views. We had planned to do the out and back but decided to do the full loop once we made it to the top. Worked out well because the way up was steep and a challenge but the way down was long but much easier with all the switch backs.

👍👍 We initially planned to visit Raven Roost Overlook for watching the sunset. But, on the way almost a half mile before, we realized this was the spot and parked there. Many go to the other overlook so there are not too many people here so it was pleasant and we really enjoyed the sunset.

👍👍 Great short loop hike for the whole family. It takes about twenty minutes if you take your time and enjoy. Have fun!

👍👍 One of the best overlook in winter garden , fenced area , limited parking space , no benches or restrooms . We enjoyed the weather with the amazing overlook point.

👍👍 This was a great location to have my car breakdown on the Blue Ridge Pkwy. A restroom would have been nice, but I nevertheless enjoyed the great view, the shady tree, and the picnic table.
