😠 Very slow in getting your prescriptions renewed, have to make appointments months in advance. If your sick, they can never get you in and refer you to an Urgent Care or ER. I have an appt with a new doctor's office hoping to switch.

😠 This place used to be really good but since then has gone downhill. Save yourself the time and effort and go out to Patient First in Mechanicsburg. The last time I went the facility was severely understaffed and we had a very long wait. A lot of these places suffer from that so I was understanding....

🫤 Penn State is great in that it is a teaching hospital and teaching doctor offices, but when you go to this specific facility I don't feel you get the outcomes in which you desire.
