😠 They are very nice but it's almost impossible to get through to them. Takes about 25 calls if not more to get someone on the phone. They always tell me that they are extremely understaffed. It is terribly frustrating. If you can, use another location.

👍👍 I came over this CityMD for a flu diagnosis. Dr Terry and her nurse and staff helped me right away. Very friendly and expeditious. I don’t know why this location received a couple of low ratings but if you are in the neighbourhood and need urgent care give them a try. Worked for me!
