😠 The shorter lady working the front end in business casual clothes (manager probably) is awful. Rude, dismissive, and inhospitable. I asked for extra cheese because there was none in my soup and she was livid, borderline refused me a single cup of cheese. Not to mention they forgot the croutons too....
