I would give the practice 5 stars if not for the fact that the people at the desk in both offices could perhaps use a little training in customer interaction. They can be just a tad too...

😠 The staff is super RUDE! When we tried to make an appointment as new patients, they treated you as prisoners. Instead of helping you and introducing their services or products, they questioned your background, your social security number…which other eye stores will never ask.
