😠 Recently visited and had to wait nearly 2 hours. The nurse was extremely rude, short, not helpful and lacked empathy. She was in and out so fast, I didn't even catch her name. In the future, I'm going to ensure that that particular nurse is NOT working before confirming my appointment.
