ππ Update 10/8/21
Went hiking today and such a beautiful place. They have widened the paths and did some trail maintenance. Saw some woodpeckers and heard tons of cicadas. Beautiful area with huge oaks and hanging spanish moss. Definitely worth a drive there and enjoy nature.

Harns Marsh

ππ Great outdoor walking trail. Sunsets/sunrises photography is great here because of the clear skies + reflections from the often still water. Overall a good place to learn about Lehighβs ecosystem.

Olga Community Park

ππ What a great hidden gem! Fun playground equipment for the girls with 2 playgrounds. 2 Grills with picnic tables with a water hose nearby. 2 basketball hoops/tennis court. If you have little ones there is a nice circle of side walk to ride a bike. There was also a grassy area they could play ball.

π We took my 2.5 year old daughter to see the animals because she loves them on a Monday at about noon in February. We live about 25 minutes away in NW Cape.
To get to the farm is a bit treacherous and the surrounding area looks like it should be in a horror film. It wasn't busy. At first, I couldn't...

Buckingham Trails Preserve
Nature preserve
ππ This is a nature preserve with trails. The trails are not paved but I won't complain about that, unlike some other visitors, because this is a nature preserve. I'm glad Buckingham will have this sliver of nature left after all of the new construction has destroyed most of it.

Telegraph Creek Preserve

ππ Ventured out on a cloudy cool morning to tackle this trail. We did the telegraph creek trail and continued to the Bob Janes trail that connects to it to add an additional mile or so.
