👍👍 Spectacular Building! Not been in the inside, but was admiring a tree that stands right outside the building, so Beautiful, w/ huge yellow flowers. Not sure what kind it is, I googled it, but got several different answers? Does anybody know?

😠 First off would like to say the owner Richman Properties sucks. Have been here since 2019 and man has it gone downhill for sure. Maybe I'm blind but there is NOTHING luxurious about this place. Let's start off with trash cans ! They offer no way to clean them, just bring the dirty thing in each day...
