😠 Well, this place is terrible. I still reside here and after 6mo I can say with all honesty I've given them an opportunity to prove themselves. Management officer recently change to Sandra Diaz. But I have yet to see improvement. The alley next to my building, #13 is still being used as a dumpster....

😠 if you don't have a pass for this building, don't leave your cars here. they'll tow them away and you'll have to pay $300 plus your rent of $730. want to have company after office hours are over (which is at 5pm)? too bad because they'll tow them away too, and now your friends will have to pay $300...
