👍👍 This place is absolutely beautiful. It may be overgrown, but you can plainly see the quarry through the tree cover. The fern-covered walls are a sight to see, and I was lucky enough to catch icicles still clinging to the cliff wall. Gorgeous scenery, quiet, peaceful. Doggo-approved.

👍👍 Beautiful hiking trails that touch the creek. Lots of up and down, but not strenuous. Paths are cleared but not super wide. Not at all crowded. Went on a weekend and only saw one other couple. Was pretty dry when we went, but some trails cross streams that were shallow at the time.
