🫤 This looks like a very nice and well-maintained park…that no one ever uses. I walk by it several times a week and I have NEVER seen anyone in it apart from the grounds crew. If it’s for employees, why don’t they use it? If they don’t use it, why not make it a public dog park?

👍👍 It is a huge arch. This memorial is such a majestic city landmark. Its so beautiful even just driving through or gazing from Bushnell Park. We couldn’t climb but Im sure it would be worth it. This is truly a gem in the middle of the Hartford. Autumn season is the best time ti visit.
