👍👍 I think they expect you to exercise to death here because there are pictures of skulls everywhere! Just kidding! Well equipped and very friendly. They let me do my own thing which is indoor rowing but they are a private personal training gym.

👍👍 Best Gym In South Florida, the equipment is top of the line with newest machines and it even has a separate room for powerlifting. The Staff is also great and very friendly, I will definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants results !!!
