Weird arbitrary rules prevent meaningful progression.
Machines showing their age with rusty bits and such - all machines worked fine however.
The only reason this gets a 2-star is because the staff were all very nice and helpful....

😠 Immediately told me the minimum tip was 20.00 for one hour, the price was 70.00 for the massage alone and it had to be given to her in advance then I gave her a credit card and she said I would tip in cash she said no the credit card machine is broken but you can use our atm which had massive fees....
