😠 DO NOT STAY HERE. Single worst customer experience. I have stayed at 100+ hotels / apartments over many years. This one is ranked zero. I believe they have no one in customer service, 1 billing rep, and 1 sales rep. The kennel where we put our dog when we travel has more service.
