😐 I waited in the waiting room without acknowledgemrnt for 20 minutes...10 minutes after my actual appt. They get you when they take your money before the appt. Otherwise I wouldve left. (Maybe put a bell on the counter if youre gonna be away.) Apart from that hiccup, all went well after that.
