😠 Single studio rent for $2100/mo, approx 600 square feet. Cost of rent is not bad, but water/garbage is always $110-120/month regardless if you leave on vacation and never use the water or have your water on 24 hours a day (for a single tenant, not sure if it would cost more with a family). 😠 Paper thin walls, floors, and ceilings. You will hear your neighbors all day long. Area is also sketchy—there was a mass shooting right across the street on Redwood Ave where 5 people were shot. Live here at your own risk.

🫤 Update: lobby elevator is out of order most of the time!!!! And package thief/packing dumping outside package room is still an issue! See last photo. They’ve recently repainted the hallways and installed new carpets, and maintenance team are still good, these are the only reasons I’m keeping 2 stars...

😠 BEWARE. Management is terrible and for all of those new renters. I have been telling and warning my friends. The 2 MONTHS or 1 MONTH FREE is NOT FREE.
