👍 Good utilitarian strip of businesses. Clean, I didn't see any giant centipedes! Always a plus! There's a GameStop but I didn't go in, looked to be full of surly teens. Tried teriyaki, it was delicious! Parking was ample and street access was simple. Recommend!

🫤 It gets more and more sparse over time. The property owners simply don't care that this place is about 80% empty. They are bad people. They would rather overcharge rent and drive out the couple places that are here than lower it and get more businesses to show up.
