Nice place to picnic or just chillax and people watch. Planning to slide a boat in soon and check out the marine benefits this launch provides...

👍👍 Nice out of the way place to walk and enjoy nature. 1.5 mile loop from the parking lot. The trail is a wide, low mowed grass burm that should be accessible to almost anyone if you can get through the gate. Quite a bit of wildlife, mostly saw birds, frogs and rabbits on this trip.
