👍👍 We lived here for over 2 years and loved every minute of it. Joel was very nice and would do anything he could to make sure the house and our family was taken care of. If we had any issues with our home it was fixed within a reasonable time frame. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

😠 NOT 62 plus by law management says 25% can lease an apartment that are UNDER 62 yrs old. They won't let you know until you've signed the lease. People should know this when your neighbor could be 21 yrs old & given the option to live here or not.

👍👍 My husband and I moved into Grandview with our dog at the beginning of September and we’ve loved it! Kim and Mindy are so helpful and kind. We’ve loved getting to know our new neighbors and their doggos. We can’t wait for the pool to open!
