👍👍 We stumbled across this great outdoor space while driving to Kansas City … if you have pets or children … or need any excuse to get out and stretch, this is a beautiful alternative to the run of the mill rest stop. The public bathrooms are port a potties, but very clean.

👍👍 The St Joe Riverwalk is great. Cement path so u can ride bike or use scooter. Daytime hours are good. Some great views of the MO River.
Caution, do not park at the south entrance, park only at the north entrance in front of the Conservation center.

👍👍 One of the better splash parks I have ever taken my grandkids! Restrooms, drinking fountains, playground equipment, grass, shade, table & chairs, non slip cushion pad. Ice cream trucks drive thru at various times, one is cash only the other truck accepts credit/debit and cash. Lots of room.
