😠 They honestly ruined my whole year. I had a wedding to go to and I asked for a balayage. I had only had one balayage in my life and it was 3 years ago. I understand that they allow students and stuff to come in and learn etc. But this is unacceptable. I’m so appalled honestly. This just looks awful....
