👍👍 This is my first time in California and I absolutely adored this store! Everyone here is so nice and loving and I just felt so welcomed. I loved how they have a little bit of everything.

👍👍 I loved the shampooing portion. That was very relaxing. KT explained her methods and why she was using them to me, and that was a nice touch.

👍 A store with a variety of clothes. Depends upon individuals' liking to choose or ignore. From a discount point of view, it is worth buying and trying. Staff is informative. Outlet was very busy when we visited in the middle of October.

😠 Tried to return a dress, unworn, with tags, and the original receipt at the place it was purchased. The dress is still in the store, the same price (not on sale). I was shocked to learn that I could not return outside of a 30-day window. This is the worst return policy I have encountered in a decade...
